DeeDee Russell, is an ambitious empathy expert with over three decades of customer service experience. Previously, Russell worked at the San Quentin State Prison for sixteen years as an H.R. professional. She also served in H.R. for the state of California for thirty-two years. In May 2022, Russell joined the Wollborg Michelson team as a Customer Service Professional. She is a mother of four sons and four grandchildren.
