After 31 years in the staffing industry, in addition to mastering the company's day-to-day operations, I have developed my greatest talent: Helping others achieve their dreams. That is how we have been able to maneuver through great times and times that have been challenging. I am proud to have helped so many people have fun, set goals, and then achieve them. It is my greatest pleasure.

Matt Guerrero

Sr.Executive Vice President

As Wollborg Michelson Recruiting’s Senior Executive Vice President, Guerrero started his career with WM Recruiting 16 years ago as the Sales Manager for the Sonoma territory and grew into the Branch Manager position overseeing Sonoma County and Marin County. He was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2011 and is now responsible for sales growth in multiple territories. He researches hiring trends to determine the best service offerings for clients and prospects. Matt’s extraordinary work ethic has significantly contributed to the company’s success. Unsurprisingly, he doesn’t have much time to reflect on how far they’ve come in the last 9 years; instead, he focuses on what’s next and how to improve the company.

Matt believes that what sets Wollborg Michelson Recruiting apart is superior client service, attentive salespeople with quick response times, and top-quality candidates.

He is a husband, father of two boys, an avid golfer, snowboarder, water skier, and member of his local neighborhood association board, the Olympic Club, and the Tiburon Corinthian Yacht Club.

Jessica Hunt-West

Vice President of Sales, and Operations

Jessica Hunt-West obtained her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from California State University, Sacramento, and her master’s degree in forensic science from National University. She began her career in post-secondary education, providing career counseling and workforce training to graduates. With over eight years of business development and recruitment experience, Hunt-West has worked in staffing & career services, providing workforce development and strategic staffing support to small, medium, and large companies. In addition to her professional pursuits, Hunt-West enjoys traveling and conducting motivational talks and presentations to small and large groups on various topics.
