McKinley Malbrough earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, at Colorado State University, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has over fifteen years of experience working in people management and training & development. He has a strong passion for coaching, leading, training, and creating “ah-hah” moments in people’s learning and development experiences. McKinley has a background in designing and administrating training and development programs for Non-profits and Startups. He recently acquired his agent certification and is now an NBA agent.
