Important 1095-C Information

Other Tax Forms: The Affordable Care Act requires that all Applicable Large Employers (ALE’s) must make a 1095-C Form (titled Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage) to eligible employees. Although these forms are not required by the IRS to file taxes, it can help determine eligibility for the Premium Tax Credit if you purchased health insurance through a Health Insurance Marketplace. Eligible employees may request to receive an electronic / e-mailed copy of the 1095-C form by sending a request to hrcompliance@wmjobs.com, including the following:

  • Employee’s Full Name and E-mail address
  • A physical address to which a copy may be sent, if preferred

All requests will be fulfilled ASAP, but no later than 30 days after your initial request.

What is the Employee Self Service portal?

Wollborg Michelson provides each employee a Paylocity Employee Self Service account to access their HR and Payroll records online. The portal provides a secure online and mobile access to employee’s paystubs, personal data, direct deposit, and taxes.

How do I access the Employees Self Service portal?

To access the Employee Self Service portal, go to https://access.paylocity.com/. To sign up for the Employee Self Service portal, email accounting@wmjobs.com to request for a passcode to register your Self-Service account.

New employees will receive an email with the passcode to register for Paylocity the week prior to their start date. Passcodes are valid for 10 days. After the 10th day, the passcode will expire, and the employee will need to email accounting@wmjobs.com for a new passcode.

What is the Client ID for Paylocity?

The client ID is 166286.

Which days are included in a pay period?
A pay period is a recurring length of time over which employee time is recorded and then paid. Wollborg Michelson’s pay period for our temporary employees is weekly from Monday to Sunday. All hours worked and properly submitted in a timesheet will be paid the following Friday, except for banking holidays.
When do I get paid?
Employees who are enrolled into direct deposit will see their pay deposited into their designated bank account on Fridays (except for banking holidays). Paper checks are dated for Friday (except for banking holidays) and are mailed from Oakland, CA to the most recent address that we have on file for you. We mail checks to allow sufficient time for them to arrive on Friday. However, we cannot control the speed or service levels of the United States Postal Service.
How do I enroll in Direct Deposit?
Through the Employee Self Service, employees can Add or Edit their direct deposits. Login onto Paylocity, expand the Pay tile, select More, then select Direct Deposit. Select Type of Account. Enter Routing and Account Numbers. Double check your entries before Saving.
How do I know if my direct deposit sign-up was processed?
Once an employee enrolls their direct deposit through Paylocity, an approval email will be sent once the payroll team receives the change. Once approved, direct deposit may take 1-2 pay periods to take effect.
It’s Friday afternoon and my direct deposit does not appear in my bank account, what should I do?

Through the Employee Self Service, employees can verify if they are receiving direct deposit or a net check. Net checks are live checks. The employee can also verify the direct deposit account that is setup in Paylocity.

If the routing or account number is incorrect, employees may contact accounting@wmjobs.com for help resolving the issue.

If the routing and account number is correct, employees should contact their financial institution. Many times, financial institutions have their own processes which could delay posting funds to individual accounts.
