If the employer and the client are happy with the relationship, these assignments often lead to full-time job offers.

For companies in need of a large contingent workforce, Wollborg Michelson recommends our On-Site Partnership Program. We provide a dedicated program manager who resides at the client facility, providing hands-on temp, temp-to-hire, or direct hire staffing support. The client then has the convenience of a single point of contact, leaving the program manager to handle all day-to-day temporary staffing requirements and workforce management responsibilities, including requisition management, recruiting, employee selection, onboarding, timekeeping, disciplinary measures, employee benefits, and more.
